ABOUT: Redland’s Pavement Accelerated Repair Implementation Strategy (PARIS Project) will upgrade more than two-thirds of all of Redland’s streets. The loan will fund the rehabilitation of approximately 40 miles of public streets located in major economic areas of the City. Investment in decaying infrastructure is needed to achieve the City’s economic development strategy. By enhancing curb appeal for existing businesses, creating greater ease of access for customers, and attracting new businesses, Redlands will be positioned to become a destination city.
